Hello Otters!

A few important announcements regarding the meet tomorrow and events next week. 

Rutland Invitational

- Swimmers need to be at the pool at 7:30 am.

- Our warmup is 20 minutes and starts at 7:50 am in lanes 4 and 5.

- Meet starts at 9 am.

- Pool address is White Memorial Park, 21 Avenue B, Rutland, VT 05701.

- QST parents will be DQ slip runners (we can sort out shifts etc. at the pool).

- Bring chairs and warm clothes because it is a morning meet so it will be a bit chilly!

VSA States

- ALL swimmers are welcome to attend.

- Entries are due this Sunday at 6 pm, no exceptions. Please have your swimmer(s) signed up by 2 pm on Sunday so that coaches can look over entries and create relays. 

- Each swimmer is allowed either 3 individual events and 1 relay, or 4 individual events. The coaches will have the final say in what the athletes will swim. 

- More info to come next week regarding sessions, warmup times, and protocols.

End of Season Banquet

- Tuesday, August 3 at 5 pm at Lake Pinneo.

- Dinner will be a potluck. Please make sure to sign up in the events schedule! We still have any spots open for appetizers, salad, entrees, and plates/utensils. All drinks are BYOB. 

- If it is nice weather, after awards, the swimmers (and parents!) can swim in the lake so bring bathing suits!
