Hello Everyone!

We hope you all have been enjoying this beautiful weekend weather (it's about time the sun came out!). Heading into this week, here are just a few reminders and changes. 

We have our final home meet this Tuesday, July 27! The deadline for entries is TONIGHT at 10 pm, so if your swimmer(s) would like to compete make sure to sign them up by the end of the day. 

The meet will run very similarly to last week's. Our warmup is at 4 pm, so all swimmers need to be on deck by 3:45 pm. There will be two teams joining us, so warmup is only 20 minutes. This means that it is important for everyone to be on time in order to get all of warmup in before the next team. 

With the meet on Tuesday, we have decided to make Tuesday's practice optional as we know many swimmers have busy days and do not have much time to rest before coming back to compete in the afternoon. Practice will be at the same time as usual and, for swimmers who choose to attend, we will continue working on fine-tuning strokes, starts, turns etc.
