Hi all,

So I made a bit of a mistake and wasn't aware that the coaches cancelled practice due to the heat and meet!  So sorry for all the confusion, I didn't get the email and did not hear them when they let me know this morning.  

So, please DO NOT come to practice tomorrow!!  Rest and hydrate whether you are swimming in the meet or not.  Stay cool!
