Swim meets and more!
Greeting Otters and families!
Great news, we have swim meets scheduled! They are listed on our website under Meets and Events then go to the Sign-up Calendar. We don't have sign ups activated yet, but please check it out so you can ahead! There are some details TBD, those will be posted as soon as they are available.
The final cost for our season is $150 per swimmer. The balance will be member charged on the first day of practice. Non-member families will need to bring a check or credit card for payment.
Our coaching staff is finalized! Madeline Hiller is returning as Head Coach, Benning Johnson as Assistant Coach and Grace Scibetta as Assistant Coach. We also have volunteer Junior Coaches: Claire Mamlouk, Elizabeth Staats and Emmy Williams. All three have been on the team for many years and look forward to sharing their knowledge and experience with the 10 and unders!
Swim suits are available through our website. Please use the swimoutlet.com link and it will take you to our team store. There you can pick up the team suit as well as other gear like fins and extra goggles!
Swimtopia Moblie App available on the AppStore or Google Play!
SwimTopia Mobile is the companion app for both SwimTopia and Meet Maestro.
If your team uses SwimTopia for team management, your team members can receive team push notifications (perfect for weather delays or cancelations), see time histories for their swimmers, sign up for jobs and swims and more (all for free!). Team members should be sure to sign in with their SwimTopia usernames and passwords.
If your team is using Meet Maestro to run meets, your parents and fans can follow all the live action with a Pro subscription: heat sheets, swim reminders, live results, results notifications and more. Download the free mobile app, then upgrade to Pro. Every Pro account starts with a 7-day free trial, then $2.49/mo or $9.99/yr. Anyone without a SwimTopia username and password can sign in as a "guest."
I hope you are looking forward to an exciting swim season!
